Feelings were glum from last episode with Dao Mingsi giving up on Shan Cai. Yet, things are taking a turn this time and they're back together! I had hoped that this will last long but that darned cliffhanger is making me very wary.

The last date. Shan Cai is about to leave London when Dao Mingsi suddenly arrives as he ran all the way to see her. He asks if she still remembers the promise between them to eat hotpot together, but Shan Cai just ignores him and gets on the taxi.

The taxi hasn't even driven a meter when Shan Cai asks to pull over because she wants to fulfill the promise to Dao Mingsi. For their last date, they eat hotpot together and walk the streets of London for an entire night.

Official breakup. They're relationship falls apart at London Bridge of all places as the couple decide to end things once and for once. Dao Mingsi had to make a choice between Shan Cai and the hundreds of thousands of employees in the company. He chose the latter.

Good friends. Before they could say their final goodbyes, someone tases Dao Mingsi from behind. He faints and Shan Cai faints too (?? *facepalm*) probably out of panic. In the next scene, both of them wake up at the beach, and I knew at that moment that something's fishy. Why would anyone kidnap them just to take them to a beach?

Meanwhile, at home, Dao Mingfeng has alerted the international police to find her missong son when someone sends a video of Dao Mingsi and Xiaozi tied up. Dao Mingsi and Shan Cai continue to explore the area when come upon tents. Guess who's there? The whole squad is having a vacation. Dao Mingsi gets so mad and chases the F3 around the beach, and it turns out that Xiaozi planned everything.

Choosing both. That afternoon, Dao Mingsi makes another decision. He's not letting go of anything or anyone, be it the company or Shan Cai, because he's ready to shout to the world that he will hold on to them with all his might.

A big mess. Everyone is in a frenzy after the international police and the media are alerted about the kidnapping. The international police locates the island and the squad is escorted back home. As soon as they get off the boat, they are met by the press. Even as the F4 and Shan Cai try to stay together, they are separated by the crowd as people push and shove to get a statement from Dao Mingsi.

At this moment, Lei spots a person carrying a knife and walking towards Dao Mingsi. Lei tries to warn Dao Mingsi, but it seems that he misses another man who has just stabbed Dao Mingsi from the back.
